Ballymore wins consent for Minoco Wharf

Ballymore has got the go-ahead for its 2.7m sq ft Minoco Wharf development.
The residential-led mixed use scheme will provide 2,600 homes and will also include shops, offices, restaurants and community and leisure facilities. It will deliver the first new lock and marina to be constructed on the Thames for 50 years.
The scheme, designed by architect 3DReid, won planning from the London Borough of Newham and the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation.
